How long does delivery take to Morocco?
For items in the "Fast Delivery" section: 24 to 48 hours after shipping from Morocco.
For items in stock in France: approximately 10 days after departure from France.
For out-of-stock or restocking items or pre-order items: this may take longer.

Please be patient, as we process orders in the order they are received. Due to the high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay. You will be contacted via WhatsApp before your order is shipped.

What are the payment methods?
You can pay on delivery or via bank transfer.
Do I need to pay in advance?
An advance payment is required only for made-to-order items and for a small selection of products (e.g., CurrentBody…). For most products, no advance payment is required.
Is there any taxes or duties to pay?
No, there are no additional fees to pay. You will only pay the amount mentioned at checkout.
Do you deliver everywhere in Morocco?
Yes, we deliver everywhere in Morocco.
How much is the delivery?
Delivery costs 46 DHS, and it is free for purchases over 1000 DHS.
Can I split my order?
Yes, if your order is not entirely in Morocco, you can choose to split the order. When splitting the order, if both parts are over 1000 DHS, both deliveries will be free. If not, we will offer free delivery for one of the two orders.
Can you source items that are not on the website?

My order got cancelled, why ?
Your order may be cancelled if:
- We couldn’t reach you via WhatsApp to confirm your order and didn’t receive a response after contacting you via email.
- It’s a pre-order item and the advance payment was not received.
- You didn’t confirm the order, or if your delivery address is missing or incorrect.
