To maximize the effectiveness of the Effluvium™ dietary supplement, we advise following a 10-week program consisting of two stages: a 14-day initiation phase, during which you take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening, followed by a 56-day maintenance phase, during which you take 2 capsules in the evening.
